World Finance Corporation in Alcoa, TN

Very rude. I was late on a payment, and I got my tax refund. I was going to pay off my loan, so I called this office. I told the lady I was going to pay the loan off, and she started getting CRAZY with me, being very hateful and saying, "I can't stop you from getting the phone calls abt the late payment". "Yes ma'am, I understand, and I didn't ask for that, I just wanted to give the courtesy of a phone call to tell u guys I was coming over there in a couple days". "Well the only way I can take you off the call list is if you come sign a promise note". "Again I don't have gas to do that, but in two days I'm going to pay it off". "Well we can't do anything until you come down and sign the promise note." "I know and I didn't ask u for anything like that." And it just went ON and ON and ON... Bla bla bla bla... So I go down there and pull out a big stack of fifties after I get my money and tell them I was gonna pay it off but since they were so rude and wanted to bite the hand that was feeding them, I had other places I could spend my money, and I just made the monthly payment. BAM!

They have always treated me with respect.

Incredibly rude staff. I called before going in to see how much I'd get, they told me a lot more on the phone than what I actually recieved. When I go in for my monthly payments, they always treat me like I'm a waste of their time. Not to mention their fee for taking out a loan is outrageous. Once I get this loan paid off, I will not touch this place with a 10 ft pole. tl;dr: staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Horrible experience.
