The customer service was outstanding. Everyone here was so nice and made the process so easy. Not only were they nice to me they made the experience fun for my son as well. They also have toys and tv's for children as well. I definitely recommend going here to purchase your next vehicle.

Salesman: "We don't believe in pressure sales, but follow me inside and we'll get some information." x1000 "No", and "Just looking" means exactly that. I should have drive of the second I pulled in. Even paying hundreds of feet away from the building, the obnoxiously loud music still woke my daughter up. Only reason I got it was because the salesman/vulture was already damn near at my door when I put it in park. Then he followed us around talking the whole time... How am I suppose to discuss things realistically with my wife if we're being hounded. But what made us decide to leave and never return, was the continual lie that "a soft pull on my credit won't show up"... The right there is a typical car salesman tactic and a lie everytime. So for the rest of you out there, until your seriously wanting to buy something, don't let them do it. It'll hurt you for other things you may want or need. I like car shopping and setting what's around and what my options are. People like these guys don't care about your credit. I had a much better experience at Cadillac of Knoxville and Ford of Lenoir City, I looked at everything with my wife, IN PRIVACY, with the offer of "I'll be right up here, if you need anything, or have any questions just yell and I'll be happy to help". Not once did I ever ask to test drive a vehicle, and even turned down the offer. If I'm nice enough not to waste your fuel, you could at least be nice enough not to try to mess with my credit. we really liked one of the Grand Caravan's you had there and a Jeep Wrangler that Kingston Pike has had since last year... But after this experience, we'll never be back. I'll go elsewhere and spend a few thousand more if it means no obnoxiously loud music and pushy, lieing, hovering salesman. Sorry, and good luck.

My experience at Ole Ben Alcoa was better than anything I could have asked for. Paul and Big Will were extremely nice and understanding. Far better than any other dealership.

This really was a great car buying experience. Unlike other dealerships, they listen to what you want and point you in the right direction. I can't thank Paul and Big Will enough for how easy they made it to find the right car.
