Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry in Sioux Falls, SD

First time and rude costumer service and it's a used retail store for as high of prices as new iteams , not how I would run my business. Won't come back at all as snobby services don't belong in this state and karma will come back on you.

not impressed, felt the weapons were very over priced in the gun department. salespeople just kind of fluttered around the room, no real help. in the pawnshop, the items i were (kind of) searching for, i could go to Walmart and most likely buy for the same price or probably less and it/they would be new. seems they offer 25% wholesale and try to sell at 75% retail. don't know if that is the goal of a pawn shop... but hey it is a pawn shop. l'm just not impressed. one of those business' that make you feel like "been there, no need to go back."

Tried to sell one of my dean guitars for 400 bucks with some decent room for these guys to still make a profit. I was low balled off the bat and they were not willing to budge at all even though I stated some reasons why I thought their price was low. I was pretty put off by the way the Badlands employee treated me and left and went and sold my guitar 20 minutes later at guitar center for 360 bucks. All in all I hope people realize there is better ways to spend your time and your money as well as sell things else where than badlands pawn.

Gun range is fine but there's a couple employees with an attitude problem. Having a storytelling a-hole deride me for practicing (assuming it's because I'm a woman since called me 'little lady', ugh screw you) and going on and on about his excellent marksmanship that I "wouldn't be able to get to" had left no desire to come back to even the range. there's not much in the way of normal pawn shop merchandise. Most of it is their own branded stuff and the little pawn that is tucked around is ridiculously priced. Very disappointed.

My husband and I traveled here to see Dokken play their one and only American show in over 20 years. It is easy to find, very clean and they have something for every taste. There is a big map just inside the front door and you can add a tab for your hometown. They have their own foundry inside and press their own silver coins, there is a Maserati for sale, fine china, furs, T-shirts, musical instruments, knives, guns, dolls, and various other antiques. The staff is quite friendly and the place is owned by Ron Keel (former lead singer for Keel) and he brings in hard rock-metal bands as well. This place is certainly worth a visit!
