I like the personal service I receive. It feels like the employees all know me. And, they go out of their way to find the color choice lollipop that my young daughter requests.

I've had an account with Family Trust for over 20 years, starting in Rock Hill. I love the York branch as it is new, clean, efficient, and so easy to get in and out--both in terms of the building itself and the parking lot. The bank employees are always helpful and friendly. Family Trust has competitive interest rates and I've never had a long wait to see someone to set up a new CD or close out an old one. It's very covenient that it opens at 8:30 in the morning, so I can do my banking on the way to exercise class at the Y.
