World Finance Corporation in West Columbia, SC

I'll write a review about these jerks. My husband bought me a new cell phone. So I got a new phone and a new number. I immediately started getting phone calls from these jerks. They were looking for someone named "Rosa". Apparently "Rosa" owes some people some money. I explained over and over (10-12 different phone calls) that I am not Rosa, that this is a new phone and number for me. I give them my name and offer to fax to them proof of my identity and show them that the phone number has been reassigned to me and show them my name and address on the bill. Each time, he apologized and says he won't call again. Well, the very same representative from this company called back the same day. And the next day and the next day. I keep telling him the same exact thing- by this time, I'm offering DNA samples to prove I'm not "Rosa". He never admits to being the same person calling me, but it's him. I recognize his voice. So after weeks of phone calls and me explaining the same story over and over (and by this time, he's using my phone minutes up---we have the elcheapo phone plan). I told him that he's wasting my phone minutes and we only have this cell phone for emergencies. We only have so many free minutes a month and he's taking up all my time on my phone. So my husband decided to call them and get the name of the rep and the address of the company (which they were VERY hesitant to give out). He told them if they call us again, we're sending them our cell bill for this month and they will have to pay it. They say that they won't pay it. Well, we'll go to the magistrate, pay the fine and we'll put a judgement out on them if they don't. THEY ARE THE MOST HARD HEADED PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!!

I have had nothing but excellent and friendly service from every agent that I have dealt with at this company. They have treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I would recommend world finance to anyone.
