Wanted to see how much they pay for .999 fine silver bullion. Spot price was at $20.70 per oz. They offered $13.50 per oz which is just insulting. What's worse is they guy said he bought 100 oz yesterday for $11.50 oz. Taking advantage of someone like that should be criminal.

Wish this had a negative star rating option. Just walked out of this store for my last time guaranteed. The staff member (short black husky youngwoman) who was helping me (and I am using the world help in the loosest context) was one of the rudest and demeaning people I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with. First she tried selling me the item for more than the display was marked, and then the saw was missing the case it was labeled to include and I was told I didn't have to buy it if I didn't want to, but even missing parts labeled that were included she would not reduce the price even the amount of the tax on the item. But the worst part by far was simply her attitude and demeanor which even if I was getting a great deal would have inspired this review. No excuse for rude people especially in the customer service industry

This store especially the people who run it make ATP look real bad. They are courteous and efficient. I was looking at their 44 magnum selection for when I go hunting, and found something wrong with one of their guns but they were happy to work with me within reason. I honestly feel like these guys don't get any credit where credit is due but like I said before they make ATP look horrible.
