Incompetent scam artists! Every time I'd talk to them I'd get different information, I'd pay significantly over what I was told then get a nasty call saying I didn't pay enough. I got multiple calls saying my vehicle was up for reposession then they would tell me they were looking at the wrong screen. They mis calulated my last payment, admitted they called once but because I sent them to voicemail they didn't leave a msg. They repossessed my vehicle over $16, I then had to pay 900 to get it back. When I talked to the man at the tow yard he said its typical w them and he's heard the same story quite a bit STAY AWAY! The rates are better other places anyway.
