Even there response on negative comments is automated. Should say enough about customer service. They will help you with late payments. That's all you can say good about them.You're better off waiting till they call you every hour when late on a payment. Impossible to speak to anyone. When I finally speak to someone I can't understand a word they say 99% of the time... Is there a number with a call center in the USA?

Predatory lender. Will not accept principal only payments, regardless of perfect payment history. Outrageous interest rates. You'll regret choosing them to finance anything. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

EVERYTIME I call they have a attitude. They don't listen n they have terrible customer service. Even the supervisor line sucks. I can't wait to be done with them. NEVER again!! I'm on the phone with them right now on hold , calling about the same issue I had for almost 2 months. Still haven't allocated my payment. I haaaaaaaattttttee this place!!!!

A lot of negatives but I never had an issue; the company has always been very cooperative and friendly. Yes they will bug the heck out of you sometimes. They worked with me a long while back when I was unemployed. Payments are always posted and the rep’s will help you if you talk to them. Overall extremely good experiences.

This is the worst company to ever have an auto loan with. I have spoke with 3 different people which include a customer service rep a supervisor and a manger. They have the worst customer service ever! They tell you one thing and when you talk to somebody else they tell you another. Don't make a payment arrangement with them once you do they will take the whole thing out your account even if you tell them that you only pay a certain amount. The customer rep which he couldn't give me his name but his badge number is CM2 told me a lie. He need to be retrain because he clearly doesn't know what he is doing. Juan who is a supervisor told me that they would refund my money back but when I talked to Vanessa who is an excuitive manger said that I can not get my money back. REALLY! On top of that Vanessa tells me that they have a policy which states that you have to call within 24-48 hours if you can not make a payment and I asked her to send me a copy of that and she couldn't provide me with a copy of the policy. These people are a joke and I will be refinancing my car.
