We were looking to refinance and wanted the BEST deal but never liked the idea of using brokers. Scott Fowler has changed my whole idea of brokers! I can't vouch for everyone of them out there but I can say that if you go with Scott and his team you will NOT be disappointed at all. They are great and very honest. Right before closing I checked around to see if anyone could beat the deal I was getting with Scott and no one came even close. I even had two other lenders ask me to fax over my GFE to see if I was missing something. All other lenders said they couldn't even meet what I was getting with Horizon. These guys know what they are doing. They are super courteous and very attentive to your needs and questions. I even had a question at our late night closing and called Scott at 8 PM and he called me back within minutes to answer my question. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REFINANCE - LOOK NO FURTHER!!

Horizon were incredible. I couldn't get a traditional loan with a bank because I had returned to The USA about a year ago. I couldn't qualify because I was not here long enough. I dealt with Randy Ratchford and LeighAnn Langston and they went out of there way to help find me someone to take my loan. I was able to buy a house. Randy and LeighAnn were so patience and helpful. I dreaded the whole refinance thing but was lucky enough to come across Horizon Financial Inc who made this whole thing as painless as possible for me along the way. As somebody who is a "pro" at what they do it's nice to know I had one working for me on my refinance, somebody who understands every aspect of the mortgage business.
