BB&T Bank in Simpsonville, SC

I've been a 10 year customer who has never had an issue depositing one of my tenants rent checks, until I encountered one of their tellers there at their drive-through. Rude (I looked over at the window, and this woman was glaring at me, and not even a "Hello", she stated, in a terse tone "You gonna deposit this?"), and apparently unable to do her job, such as deposit a simple check that has a deposit history (she started giving me a hard time by stating this check did not have a deposit history-even though it had at least a one year history from the bank it was drawn from, I was questioned regarding previous deposits, and sat there for over 15 minutes until a manager finally stepped in and found the history, correcting it). Thankfully, her manager stepped in, and was able to correct it with an apology. However, that tellers poor attitude and inability to conduct a simple transaction has made me reconsider giving BB&T anymore of my banking business, and it definitely will not happen at this location.
