Advance America in Seneca, SC

I went to Advance America in Seneca for the first and last time today. I went there for 1 reason. Someone had sent me a money gram and I went there because the line at Walmart in customer service was very long and I was in a time crunch. After giving them all the information to retrieve the money gram, and spending 20 minutes them asking me all kinds of questions, they finally said they were denying the transaction. They refused to give me a reason why. I asked to speak with someone above the person I was talking with. They took my name and number and said someone would call me. I have not received a call as of yet. I feel if I am denied or refused a transaction, then I deserve to be told the reason. I left Advance America, went back to Walmart, and the transaction was completed in less than 1 minute, and the deposit into BB& T was done within the next 20 minutes. Thank you to Walmart!! I will be doing my money gram transactions with them from now on.
