Awful experience. Would only recommend this to place to people I don't like. They give out your personal information (such as: loan amount, total balance, and monthly payment amount). I had 3 different receptionists (Autumn, Dawn, Tasha) do this to me, so it seems like a bad (illegal) company policy, not just a careless staff.

This was the worst experience of my life and I didn't even have a loan with these people my sister did. They sent sharks to our house with letters for her everyday after she already told them what the deal was as far as when they will get paid and knew she wouldn't be home cause they know what hours she work. They are very unprofessional! They will harass you and all your references if you're 1 day past due. When they call and you tell them you can't pay until later it's always "well we need you to come in the office today!" Why would you go in the office with no money? That's just stupid! Do not do business with these people. THEY GONE HARASS YOU

Absolutely the worst. Came to my house with a "threatening" letter for a loan payment that was less than a week late. I'd tried to return a voice mail that they left, only to find out that their office DOESN'T HAVE A F*CKING VOICEMAIL! Paying this off immediately, and I'll never do business with them again.

On the positive; they are quick to get you money if youre in a jam. However; every one is dead right that they are vicious on collections and will call everyone you know the day after your loan is due. I had them even call me on the due date. I was never more than one day late; and that was with however their mail was delivering or they were picking up. One time they called the day after it was due and I told them it was in the mail and they demanded I come to the office for them to hold the account. They did call me back 10 minutes later to tell me they had my payment and that they hadnt opened their mail. I am fortunate to be able to mail my payments before they are due; but if they dont. Another thing to watch; if you mail your payment in very early they may hold onto it until its due. That costs interest and I gave them a fit about that. Otherwise; they're decent people and they do what they do. I am betting they violate every Fair Collection Law and they will learn the hard way. I would not want to owe them and be out of work or some other issue. That could be brutal.
