I deposited a large from my homeowner's insurance company that was made out to myself and to Wells Fargo. The agent that was assisting me insisted that we open an account to deposit the check. The agent was so busy trying to figure out my plans with the check and trying to get me to refiance my home that he forgot to endorse the check with the banks stamp. I went to the teller who also did not endorse the check. A few days later when the 1st portion of the money was available we made a withdraw. The bank mailed me an over draft letter stating that we had nonsuffient funds because the check was being returned. Therefore because of a mistake on Wells Fargo's part they went into every account that had my name associated with an withdrew all the money leaving my accounts in the negative. They took from my personal checking, savings and wiped out my family reunion account. None of which was associated with the new account. They advised me that the check was being returned and that once I get it bring it to the bank and redeposit it with the bank endorsement. I've been waiting for the mail for several days to only find out that the check was never sent. The branch manger Jamie filled out a form to have the check returned directly to the bank within 2 days. When I went to the bank he said I'm sorry the check has been destroyed. It was never sent out. So I was running back and forth checking the mail like a fool looking for a mystery check. No one from corporate, legal, customer service, is willing to help give me my money back. They said i'm sorry but there is nothing we can do. My mortgage is due, I have a family to take care of but my money is tied up because of the banks MISTAKE. DON'T USE THIS BANK. DON'T DEPEND ON THEIR PROFESSIONAL ADVISE...

I recently spent time in the Brentwood Branch (4400 Dorchester Rd, North Charleston, SC 29405). This location should be closed! The managers and staff are unfriendly and were using foul language towards each other.Manager Tyler was told by an employee to "shut up". The service manager and Tyler were cursing at each other. I do NOT appreciate doing business with a company that condones and worse promotes this kind of behavior.
