I am new to the area and have been looking for a used car for my daughter. After no luck, I decided to look for something new. Buying a car from Bob Richards Toyota was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. The salesmen and staff are kind, courteous, and treat you with respect. We had a horrible experience at Milton Ruben which is closer to our home, but trying out Bob Richards was a fantastic decision. We bought a car there the first day due to the amazing service and their willingness to make the deal we needed. Definitely give them a shot if you want to be taken care of as a customer.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was not pushy as I have experienced with previous car salespeople. He answered all my questions and patiently listened to all my comments and questions. I was treated very courteously by all staff I came in contact with. I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased! This is my 4th Toyota I have driven. I have never had any major problems with them. They just keep getting better and better!
