I have bought several weapons from here the staff actually knows what they're talking about when it comes to weapons so that was nice I tried selling something once years ago they don't really want to give you a good price but you can get some good prices on stuff that's in the store so I guess that's part of the reason

First off I work in the customer service industry and know good service from bad. If you are a manger you should be setting the example for the other employees. The "manager" was talking on his personal cell phone to someone using foul language while I'm trying to purchase a pricy item. Once he finished his "very important phone call", I told him I don't need it, and walked out. If I could rate this lower than one star I would. You are not setting a very good example for your employees.

We visited these guys and bought a nice ring for a good price. We stopped coming over here because in the past the sales girl was very pushy and kept trying to get us to buy on her work shift not the others. I'm not sure if they changed management or just different people but we had a great experience with the young lady Jill who works there. She was patient and understood our budget and made us feel like she cared about making us happy not just making a sale. We ended up purchasing a less expensive ring that was better for our budget and she was just as nice as could be about it. We will be shopping there again in the future and will bring our relatives in when they come up to visit us. Overall a very good experience!

I stop in at this location all the time. Dave and Frost are two assets to this company because of the great atmosphere and even better prices! Everyone is always willing and able to work with the customers to provide a rewarding and money saving time!
