It has generally been a positive experience. Ms. Evelyn Ramariz has been the individual I have generally alway dealt with. She could be President of the whole place in my humble opinion. Brandi Hardee, as well has been a positive representative of you fine institution.

This place is terrible. They don't value your time and waste it. If you're on a lunch break on a Friday trying to cash your check, this bank is useless. They need more tellers at the desk on Fridays but they don't care enough to put more than two. This bank will be my last resort from now on. I'd rather cash my check at Walmart to save the time.

Worst customer service ever. Bank manager doesn't care for the best interest of clients, days of waiting for follow through on issues, worst of all bankers do not stand behind their words. On a positive note the tellers seem to be friendly. Wouldn't ever reccomend to anyone. Also discriminate against certain business accounts.

I do like dealing with a credit union it's way better then corporate banks who tend to play this fee that fee this time that time. BOA and TD were the worst I got out and now I feel safe and no double taking bank people trying to justify why they took out money... The big banks play mind games folks go to a credit union! No games just banking the way it should be. Look up class action lawsuit for all the big banks its really crazy.

There is fraud on my account and the told me to go talk to Target. Didn't offer to close or protect the account, until i asked. Now i have to go chase my money with Target after having my account hacked. I will NOT put another dollar in this account.
