The people have been very nice (which is the only reason this bank is getting 3 stars - I would have given 1 star). As far as banking goes, this bank is so far behind the times its not even funny. Where most other banks allow you to make atm deposits until 8 or 9 at night for it to post at midnight, you can't even make ATM deposits at Tidelands. They only give you until 3pm for mobile deposits (which really doesn't help much) and they charge $1.00 each time. They have no 800 number where you can check your balance or current transactions and their app requires you to enter a code that they text you far too often. Only redeeming quality is that they don't charge you atm fees for using other ATMs. So, that's a plus.
