I always receive such friendly service at the Duncan branch. It so much better then the Spartanburg location.

This Wells Fargo branch is fantastic. They are open on Saturday, which is a huge plus for people with standard 8 to 5 work hours. The branch is small, so the tellers and customer service representatives all know their clients more intimately, and seem genuinely interested in helping them out. If you are a current Wells Fargo customer or are looking to open an account, this is the branch to come to. Ask for Shelby.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 10+ years and I have never experienced the WORST customer experience in my life! Not only that, the branch manager at this location Laura treated my fiance and I with no respect at all. We arrived at this location and they were pretty busy and we needed a notary; however, we were made aware that they are only able to notarize certain documents. So I asked is this a document they will be able to notarize? She says she isn't able to make that decision the notary is, which is fair. She kindly asked if we wait on a banker/notary, since it is 4pm I said can you please show the notary the document to atleast let us know if this is something they will be able to notarize? She said no they are with customers.. I said I understand but since it is close to it being the end of business day a lot of businesses close I didn't want to wait 30 mins and we are not able to get this done... Ms.Laura did not budge or show any type of empathy towards our situation due to time constraints. The other banker became available who is a notary she was free for about 4 mins or so and two other (Caucasian) women walked in and said they had questions about a business account and she immediately said I have a great business advocate you can speak with and walks them over to the banker that was available.. I immediately become upset and spoke up can we please get our document looked at so we can get it notarized and the manager Laura said these are business customers I got upset and was like we were here first and she was available the manager says they had an appointment. Which this is false because those women inquiring about opening a business account said they had questions and you indicated you had an amazing business advocate they can speak to meaning they didn't have an appointment. This manager was discriminating against us and I presume she needed to be sure she met her sales goal for the store. I was upset and expressEd how this was unfair she said very condescending I guess I will interrupt another banker and their customer to see if they are able to notarize the document. The notary/banker said yes it appears we can notarize this document and the manager shakes her head no. At this point I was so upset I grabbed my document from her and left. I have never felt so low in my life. This lady definitely doesn't deserve to hold the position she has as a manager if she is going to treat people unfairly and discriminate.
