Not a good bank for a small business. They cap your limit on CC spending to 2.5K a day. When calling into the bank to ask for a spending limit increase, the process can be a very daunting task. Applied for a permanent increase, and get declined. I have several personal accounts with this bank, and on a personal accounts side its a great bank. Just keep your business accounts out of these guys. With the policies in place, they are stunting the process for a small business to grow.

Poor incentive to save money, but otherwise nice.

I will be leaving this bank. I'm a poor person. I have a hard time keeping any money in the bank to begin with. But I tried with their "round up to save" savings account program: every time I spent money from my checking, the amount was rounded up to the next dollar and that difference was put into my savings account. I had maybe $12 in it last week when they charged me a $15 service fee for not having a $200 balance - which is a totally new policy of which I was not aware. So now I owe them money. Not a nice way to start the day. I'll definitely be looking for a new bank because I can't afford to pay for their whimsical policy changes.

This has been our trusted bank for the better part of 8 years. Always helpful, and they treat you like family.
