Wells Fargo Bank in Marion, SC

It's all ways a bad experience going to this branch, largely due to the branch manager. I have rarely seen such incompetence in a person on her level. She is arrogant, condescending, rude and disrespectful to the public at large. She can be observed bullying the other ladies that work there. The only saving grace at that branch is the banker there named Kelvin. He is respectfully, kind, understanding and patient. He will listen to your problem and work hard on getting you the best outcome possible. He is everything right in customer service, and she is everything wrong.
