Listen I was referred here. Very nice at first after that I couldnt even get a call back. I waited and waited only to find out I had been passed down to whom I would assume was the janitor. Listen these people are very rude. They I'm sure live in nice fancy homes it shows in their personality. They are not trying to help the everyday normal people. The sad part is i had money plenty that I had recently inherited but we never made it to that part. But any way after waiting on these people a week yes a week. I called bb and t and the next morning had my pre approval. Plz plz don't deal with these rude rude people. You will regret it.
