M & M Income Tax Service in Laurens, SC

Horrible service and rude people. I was told I wld be charged $69 and after the debts I owed I was suppose to get 300 back for state and they told me my check was there but they took every penny of it for their "fees" and couldn't give me an explanation. They sucker u in when u bring your w2s in but when the money comes they overcharge and can't explain why. I will never let these crooks do my taxes again!

Very friendly and extremely helpful group! Really took the time to help and answer every question I had and make sure everything was correct! Highly recommend to all my friends and family!

I was promised an advancement after I had got done filing my taxes and was told it usually take up to 24 to 48hrs for advancement to come back, but 72hrs went by and I was the one who had to call back to see what was the hold up with my advancement only to hear that I was denied. Keep in my mind I'm a single parent who not working at the moment due to medical issues so when you tell someone that they are expecting this amount of money back less than 2days and to hear that I was denied, that's upsetting. I will never file here again.

The worst tax service I have ever dealt with ever!!!!!! Charged $600 to do my taxes and would not print out a receipt of what I am being charged for.Very unprofessional and rude

Great customer service and friendly staff. They are very welcoming and will help you get the most out of your refunds and they work with you every step of the way. I will definitely continue to file through them!
