Bank of America Financial Center in Hilton Head Island, SC

total joke. have had multiple boa accounts for 15 years but had to close them out today. sold my vehicle and had a paycheck, a large amount of cash on hand before work on wednesday 2/22. did not want to carry it around, did not have time to come back during day. arrived at 850 and saw opened at 9. at 851 a lady pulls up behind me to tell me i have to leave the property until 9 when they open (9 minutes later). i was in a work vehicle with work tags all over it, and company shirt. i left drove around for 5 minutes and came back and immediately asked to see a manager to close my accounts. she was nice, she did apologize, even though it wasnt her, but no attempt was made to keep my business. also when i returned the lady who asked me to leave who had been waiting in her ridicuously overdone jeep wrangler was backparked in the space i was in. i guess i was in her space too which im sure had a little to do with asking me to leave. of course an employee shouldnt even be using prime customer parking like that all day anyways. after being charged for new debit cards when they send ones that dont work, and changing their maintenance fee rules without notification, this was the last straw. horrible experience and im now stuck with my initial deposit and my account balances until i can make time to go to another bank and setup an account. EDIT went to a new bank opened 2 new accounts as they sat and made fun of BOA with me for a bit, good times. they actually told me if i was 9 minutes early there they would allow me to stand right outside the front door if i so choose.
