Deal Depot in Greer, SC

Bought a car over 2 years ago, and been having issues with the car not cranking on and off. Went to deal depot and they done got our car and "tried" to fix it and the car is still doing the same thing. Asked for a trade, got denied. Didnt want to mess up our (me and my husband)credit by taking piece of crap(lemon) back so we dealt with the car. Even the box to put the code in stopped working, had it replaced snd stopped working again. And now, I paid the car off and went to get the box tooken out, and my husband drove it to work the same day and transmition line came loose while driving on highway. Car stopped in middle of traffic and transmission fluid everywhere. Had to get car towed. Called Deal Depot to tell them that "whoever" took the box out did something to mess up the car and they denied anything and wont help. So now i think its time to get court involved. Couldve gotten hurt on the road. This is a disgrace business and these ducks need to go out of business with their lemons...

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The people are rude, the customer service is a joke, and it's seriously surprising this place is still open. Even having to pay an attorney, you'd come out cheaper stealing a car than you would purchasing one here after all the repairs YOU'D have to pay for. Not to mention they PURPOSEFULLY damage your car. Seriously, jerks.

These people are crooks,very shady BEWARE. Also their mechanic,Marcus, that works on their cars is a crook too,I've had run ins with him before,very bad mechanic. But the dealership,i voluntary surrendered a car back to them,they said they would make sure it wouldn't show up on my credit report as negative report because i made all my payments on time and i returned the car to them and they didn't have to come and get it, and now i get a tax notice on the car asking me to pay the taxes on the vehicle for the remaining balance it was sold for. How is it i should have to pay those taxes on a vehicle i surrendered and never bought,the owner is just trying to make up for the lose to me because i didn't buy the car all the way out,now she's trying to get a tax write off. very misleading,and crooked people,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED,STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

My car was totaled by my insurance company. And of course the interest rate was ridiculous so I was upside down... Now the car is on my credit as a repo... I will NEVER do business here again. NOT TO MENTION... The lock they have on your starter. Good luck to who ever does business with this place

This place deserve a negative 5 rating. I was assured by salesman that warranty covered 50% of repairs when bought. After breaking down multiple times they do NOTHING!!!! You have to tell that exactly what part is broken because they don't use mechanic they use technicians which is like a oil changer. After being told 3 times they couldn't find anything they finally after me refusing their BS attempts to make me go away they repaired a cv axle. Whoever did repair I say whoever because they refused to give me a invoice from whoever serviced it. He cross threaded axle nut that hold everything together so while driving home wheel tried to come apart. Called Danny (a account manager) who is not very bright and told him about the situation and to told him my mechanic (someone who cares about the safety of my family) and I would call him back to let him know the damage well after two weeks waiting for Danny to call back I had my car repaired he no refuses to pay cost of repair... This place is has absolutely no integrity, no class and no sense and do not care about there cars or you. It's all lies and smiles until they get your money then you can kick rocks. "BUYER BEWARE" THESES PEOPLE ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION!!!!!!!
