This is a predatory lending company. They send checks out to you and then when you are unable to pay the loan back they make outlandish threats of trying to take everything that you own. That is a lie. They can not take your property for a loan. Then they take you to court. My husband appeared in court and explained our financial situation to the judge. A judgement was made against us, that we fully accepted. Quick Credit continued to call and harass us for the loan. I contacted the judges office who advised they were not supposed to call us again, since we'd been to court and Matt at Quick Credit said that wasn't true he could do whatever he wanted to collect the debt. They are unethical and we finally had to block their phone numbers in order to get relief. Also while in court we overheard the other cases, they had almost 20 people in court that day, and they were also threatening these people as well. If you receive one of their checks...tear it up...tear it up...tear it up.
