Very nice sales staff. Shawn Hancock and Tony Hancock very helpful in providing the info I asked about the vehicle. Didn't feel pressured to buy at all. Also, service manager very nice and provided history on the vehicle as well as technical information. Wayne Gilliland (F&I Mgr.) handled all the paperwork and was very friendly as well. Overall, a great staff at Bob Richards Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram.

It was good, but it took to long. I explained that I could pick up the truck the following day. I feel they weren't considering my feelings. I would have come back the next day. Being considerate of the customer's feelings is very important.

Took my car in for service and a mistake was made. When it was discovered they took it very seriously, no defensiveness, very professional and made it right PLUS. I never ever thought I would say good things about a dealership but I heard over and over that they want to provide the best for their customers and it's not just words, they MEAN IT. Thank you to Rick B, Ricky and Ric, Tanisha (I think that's right!) and Monica for taking such great care of me even when I was cranky! Amazing, jaw dropping customer service.

One of the best Service and Sales experiences we have ever had. The staff at Bob Richards were all professionals, who treated you like friends and family. From the Service Writer, to our awesome Sales Consultant, to the Sales Manager, Finance Manager and GM... fantastic people. Not once did we not feel like their best customer, and I saw that happening with every other customer as well... that is something very rare these days. I will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership very soon.

I had a great experience with service folks. Dropped by without an appointment and Service leader as he appeared as I walked in explained that the scheduling of appointments were out until March and I simply showed him the recall letter that had been sent to me and he ask if I could wait that he would work me in so that I wouldn't have to come back. Within less than an hour I was back on the road. I appreciate the speedy service and I will have my service needs handled here no doubt. I also located a vehicle on lot that I would consider purchasing if someone may receive this as a lead?
