BB&T in Goose Creek, SC

Spent an hour filling out paperwork to open a checking account. A month went by and I did not receive my ATM card or checks. Called and was told by the same person I spent an hour with that I never ordered checks and that the check card was sent. Yeah, right.

This bank is awful. Do not go between 1 and 3, there are 4 tellers but only one is waiting on customers, the rest are closing their drawers. Might as well go back to the 70's when banks closed for 2 hours to end the days work and then reopen as next day activity. Spent 15 minutes in line without acknowledgement I was there. Only other customer was the person being helped by the 1 / 4 tellers. The company I work for banks here and won't change, I would not even drive pass this bank if my job did not require it.

Our experience with BB&T has been delightful. We just moved from California and purchased a new home on Johns Island and secured our loan with BB&T. We found that they offered a variety of loan options, and one that fit our needs perfectly. The staff was very professional and knowledgable. And because we had our mortgage with them, we got nice perks on our checking and savings accounts.

4:59pm and entry door was locked already. Never had this issue before with the other BB&T banks around the Charleston, Summerville, and surrounding areas. Not even a manager by the door to let me know. Closing my business account with them soon.
