The tellers and personal bankers are always so curtious and do all they can to make your banking experience an awesome one.

Someone walked right in to the bank and got $750 out of my account without my permission. I didn't find out about it until a few days later when I went to get money out. They had to look up the video from that day and I had to wait a few hours before I got my money back. I closed my account that day and went to another bank. Horrible experience.

Staff is always friendly, however the ATM could use some updating, seems to be broken more than it is fixed.

Awesome bank! I've been with them for 3 years now and I've never had any problems. The staff is amazing and you become family when you join this credit union!
