Bank of America Financial Center in Easley, SC

They won't answer the phone. Just spent 12 minutes trying to get them to answer at 11:00am.

Worst customer service at this location. Would rather drive across town than use this branch. Will not go back.

AWFUL people. ...AWFUL...so, I'm paralyzed in a wheelchair and needed a money order, so I went through the drive through, so I could get one and know that this is not the norm, but there should be some compassion for disabled customers. Ms Vetta's ( teller ) responses was , " that they usually do not do that even for the disabled because it would be unfair to other customers AND well, you get out to go other places dont you....well, hell my life is already unfair Ms. Vetta...teller...she tried to make it better by consoling me but I think once you have been this inconsiderate then there are no words of remorse. The woman looks like she's 80, so what if I told her she was too old to work? ?? After over 20 years of having an account with Bank of America; I will be looking for another bank, because the crew in Easley, SC needs to be replaced by others who have a real " customer service " attitude.

No one at any of the Bank of Americas knows how to answer a phone. Tried calling 4 different locations multiple times and no one has answered the phone yet. Great customer service.... Lol. Won't be banking here ever again.

Although the people seem to be sweet I should never have to stand in line for 23 minutes to make a deposit for a friend. this is one bank that I will never use personally.
