I'd like to extend my biggest thanks to Capitol Chevrolet, especially the staff! Robert Tyson been dealing with me for almost 2 years now, he has been incredibly patient, he always been straight forward with me, and always provided my family and myself a safe and affordable vehicle. I'd recommend everyone to come here, the staff is great, the financial guys know what they're doing, i never ran into any problems with this dealership. Great job Capitol Chevrolet, thanks for what you guys do, and love the energy i get everytime i come by!

Let me preface this review by saying that I RARELY take the time to submit reviews on local businesses, however, my experience with the management at Capitol Chevrolet certainly warrants one. I have never experienced a more arrogant sales atmosphere in my life. The combative attitude of their management was mind blowing. I was more or less told by the manager who sat down with the salesman and I that "if you don't buy this car, someone else will, therefore we don't need your business." I buy a car almost every 4 years and I have NEVER encountered anything like this. I literally had to say to him "my gosh, it's as if you don't want my business!" Of course, I received an apology at that point but my first impression of them was completely ruined. I left immediately, went down the street to one of their competitors, and was welcomed with open arms in a warm, friendly environment. Guess who got my business??? They gave me more for my trade-in, a MUCH better sales price and that's on an even higher model Suburban! Your loss Capitol Chevy! (I must add that the salesman, Ricky, was awesome. However, Mr Chaney, his manager, screwed the deal and they lost me as a customer for life)

Calvin Wright and Marc Rosario went above and beyond our expectations to get us the truck we wanted. I can't say enough about this place, they work with your budgets, give good trade in value, and provide customer service that exceeds any other dealerships. I highly suggest going to Calvin for your sales and Marc for your numbers, they will set you on the right path of what you are wanting. I could tell that their ultimate goal wasn't making the sale, but instead making sure my husband and I left happy. Loving our 2017 Chevy Silverado!!!

I just took delivery of a new truck. Dealing with Capitol Chevy was easy, no pressure, and friendly. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in and discounted the new car quite a bit because I am a veteran. I left there feeling like I was not screwed which is unusual for a lot of car transactions. I recommend.

Michael Arnold is such a professional caring service technician. We had our vehicle in today to have some wheel rim locks installed, and in no time they were all set and done. Glad that they had the rim locks in stock and sure appreciate their military discount. Highly recommended Capital Chevrolet and Michael Arnold.
