Wells Fargo Bank in Clinton, SC

Would like to brag on customer service here involving Rachel Gibson and Hannah Mabry, my father passed away and they helped me settle up his affairs in my difficult time. I've been with Wells Fargo for 10 yrs and a year ago I ran into an issue with depositing a Canadian check from a professional baseball team for a few hundred dollars from another location in Georgia. Being that was a HUGE inconvenience to me and longstanding customer. I even told that Manager "Why am I banking with you??" My Wells Fargo ATM card was up for renewal in a few months. Because of the service in my time of need from these two employees from the Clinton, SC branch, I renewed my ATM card after they handled my father's affairs and I will continue to hold off switching banks. And for a side note to higher up Wells Fargo decision makers, handle your business model with customer friendly rules inside your company, don't make it a burden to bank or handle affairs. I left Nations Bank for similar reasons.
