Eddie and his processor, LaDonna, led us through the stressful process of buying our first home. If we were more proactive in the beginning about asking questions about the process, I think our experience would have been better. We tended to just worry in a vacuum without much information because we'd never been through this before, but once we started to ask questions our anxiety levels dropped significantly. Eddie and LaDonna were both very reachable day and night, by email and phone, to answer all of our questions and concerns. We had a somewhat complicated financial situation and Eddie was able to secure an excellent, fixed-rate mortgage for us. I've never had to dig up and turn over so much paperwork in my life, but LaDonna was very good at explaining why we needed to submit certain documents and the best way to streamline the process. I would not hesitate to work with Eddie and his team in the future!
