Wish I could give 0 stars. Very rude and unprofessional. My husband and I have a personal installment loan through another loan company(not a payday loan). Our payment on that loan is not due til the 12th of each month. He was in there on the 10th. My husband disclosed this and they checked on that loan and then said to my husband "uh sir you realize you make $X a month why can't you pay Company X? Do you realize how much money you make? You should be able to pay them on time with the amount of money you make...". WOW. First of all the payment they were referring to wasn't even due for 2 more days at the time. Second of all, that is an extremely rude and unprofessional way to address the issue if they needed to ask about it. I could understand asking what the payday loan is for or what the situation was, but there is no situation in which it is okay to speak to a customer that way. What if the payday loan is for an emergency (as they usually are...)? When people go to get payday loans it is usually a stressful situation. No one wants to get a payday loan. For an employee to be so rude, judgmental and unprofessional is just adding insult to injury. Just because you are in an emergent or urgent financial situation doesn't mean that you don't deserve basic human courtesy and half decent customer service. If they wanted to ask what the loan was for or what kind of financial predicament he was in they should have done so, politely and tactfully. "I see that your monthly income is $X. May I ask what the situation is regarding this installment loan?" or "It looks like you haven't made a payment on your installment loan from Company X yet this month. May I ask about that?". Find another payday loan place that treats people with respect!

I have burrowed from here in times of need and I was able to quickly get a loan and easily pay them back in the time allotted. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I can say this is one of the better buisness in the Charleston area that I have dealt with in any function.
