Opened up a savings account there today and will deposit money through direct deposit. Let's help our locally black owned business grow by opening accounts there. All banks started small, it's time to help our grow into at least a local power.

Worst banking experience ever. They are very unprofessional. Even during hours of operation they are not there and close without saying when they will be back. In order to withdraw any of your money you have to jump through hoops.

I would only recommend if you want to place money in a bank and have no intention on withdrawing anytime soon. They do not have debit cards. All transactions must be done at the bank. If you make a withdrawal, you are given a check instead of cash. My direct deposit was sent on the 1st but as of the 12th is has not been posted to my account. They do NOT answer the phones. I will be closing my account whenever their "systems" are back up. Apparently it's been down for nearly 3 weeks.
