Bank of America Financial Center in Bluffton, SC

I walked in signed in on a sign in sheet. There was no one there to greet. When someone did come out they left me sitting there and address others who just walked in. Totally wasted my time being there. I found another place for my business.

Went in at noon to get a document notarized. No other customers, except for one sitting at desk, One guy walked by, said: "be with you in a second". Then I was ignored for 15 minutes and walked out. Went to BOA in Hilton Head. Immediately greeted, signed in and was seen by notary in less than a minute. Bluffton office needs to work on Customer Service. No reason to get ignored when there are no other customers.

Under staffed, over worked, and grumpy. There are approximately 30 customers in the lobby with one person working the counter and one person working drive thru. No wonder so many employees here are grumpy. Wait times WILL exceed 45 minutes if you need counter service.

The Absolute WORST bank I've ever dealt with, always horribly over crowded and understaffed especially since they shut down the Hardeeville Branch. The drive thru and drive thru ATM are a joke, it is so narrow my trucks tires touch on both sides at the same time. One time I requested a withdrawal and was told it would take a week and a half to get the cash amount requested, funny how the 2 other area Bank of America's I have been to had it available when I asked.

Terrible experience. The hostess was extremely rude and uninformative. I sat in a chair to be serviced by a personal banker, just as I have done for the past 15years. She came over and told me that no one could help me today. It was 3:45pm. And asked me to come back tomorrow. I told her no. Someone will help me before 5pm when the bank closes. Then she intentionally serviced the woman that came after me. The worst ive had in years.
