JUST LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER! Called and asked a few basic questions to make sure I would have everything I needed and the guy was rude as crap! Asked if he was having a bad day and he said he'd just got off the line dealing with something...AS IF THAT JUSTIFIES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Apparently he did not want to go out to work in this little snow we have today...HA! GLAD I CALLED FIRST!!! Saturday (01/07/2017) 3:00pm

well to start off there service is horrible i got a living room set from here and i took three days for it to come there was always some excuse . got my funtiure and found bed bugs in it the man tried to tell me it came from my apartment i've never had a problem at all i haven't been here long the whole time there was nothing in my living room . i am beyond degusted !
