It is officially one of the worst experiences of my life their ATM made a mistake which ended up putting my account in over draft when I brought it to their attention I was told it was my fault and I need to learn to manage my account better I showed proof the ATM made a mistake and not only was one of the employees extremely rude but the manager was as well I am currently closing my account and looking for a new bank to bank with I would not recommend Woodforest bank to my worse enemies and calling the corporate office does no good

Branch manager was completely rude to customers and her employees. Natalie originally assisted me and my friend and was as friendly and helpful as she could be. Natalie is the only reason our experience was enjoyable. The manager needs a lesson in respecting her employee's!!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE BOTH LISAS!! Always so sweet & helpful every time I have a question or concern. These are the only 2 I will talk to when I visit the Whiskey Rd branch!!
