I first came to do a loan probably 5 years ago. From my very first loan to the present day the staff at my location have been terrific. They always are extremely pleasant and helpful. I've processed loans thru other branches and had similar results but the staff at diamond hill are by far the best at achieving and creating a great customer experience every time. They make me feel like family.I would give them a 10+ rating all around and will do business no where else because of them.

Been to this place many times, they offered to do my taxes for me and I agreed because the service is always great. Did most of it over the phone because I travel a lot. They are very accommodating and I will definitely continue to come back.
