Great mortgage company! Lisa was really helpful in getting me the best rate. Nasty...Nasty...people. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Don't risk your big investment (maybe the biggest investment of your life) with the dishonest people at Home Point. They will bate you with the letter, then when you call, they won't give any real estimates and will just try to run a hard pull on your credit. After running your credit and bringing it down, they come up with something totally different from the letter they sent you (just garbage). Charlie Muller is probably the biggest liar you will deal with while shopping for mortgage.
