Envoy Mortgage RI in Warwick, RI

We had a terrible experience with this lender who was recommended to us by our real estate agent. About three weeks prior to closing on our new home we received an e-mail from the lender telling us that our loan had been approved (they seem to do everything online these days). Two days before our closing we received an e-mail saying their was a big problem that they weren't sure they could resolve. The day before our closing they told us the bank did not "like" the property we were buying and there was no way we could close the next day. We never did get the mortgage from the lender though they led us to believe that all was fine right up until the last minute before closing. Terrible experience. I would not recommend using this lender under any circumstances.

Very efficiently handled by Jon Bowen, with extremely beneficial results in his handling of refinancing properties for us. I might add, this is not the first time around in his handling financing for us. Very efficient and VERY patient! Would highly recommend.
