too long waiting for a representative on phone! 1/20/15 I have to reiterate what I wrote previously. I also want to complain about the new fees starting 2/2/15! Terrible!!!! So much for free checking for seniors!

If I performed duties at my job similar to how I was treated by this business, I know as a fact that I would be terminated in less than thirty days. Why has Human Resources not investigated and responded to these complaints ?

I have never been treated so badly and with such fees that they try to rape people with. I just moved over to them not more than 4 months ago. Terrible!
