Navigant credit is the best out there . They have a very good customer service . They are people oriented , flexibles and very good to do business with . I love their Christmas and vacation club .

Closed at 5 today. Please update your online information to be accurate as not to waste anyone's time. Very frustrating.

I have been turned over from Dexter Crédit Union to Navigant. It has been a month and so far there has been nothing but problems. I have had 3 different issues with them. First one their ATMS claim they take money and then you go and use the service and no it doesn't really work. Second they charge you overdraft fees anticipating that your account will be in the negative when your account is still positive. Then you have to waste your time and call to get it removed which they think they are doing you a favor....ummm no. Third they opt you into things you know nothing about or never authorized. They claim to record every call and they listen to it when you put a complain but when you want to listen to your call it becomes a "privacy" issue...give me a break. Done with them, taking my business elsewhere. And lastly beware because they claim that putting gas with your debit card is a notest recommended since Cumberland Farms holds $100 dollars which you obviously don't pump into your car but can't use until the hold is off.
