I have never dealt with more incompetent or unprofessional people in my life. Customer service was terrible - phone and email messages going unanswered for days into weeks. In this day and age people should be happy to be getting the business rather than being short, rude and dishonest to clients.

I will never accept a check from this bank again. The biggest hassle I have ever been through. My business will no longer provide service to anybody with this horrible bank.
