This company is just as bad or worse than the other card reader company with all the hidden fees. your better off using square, at least you know what your paying from the start.

Give them a zero. Very piss poor customer service. I was told I was screwed because they are taking more and more money from me than I can make. And thanks to these idiots I have lost everything.

Their customer service has always been lack-luster. We left them after two and a half years because their customer service is just awful. Today, I called in because our account is closed now. We received a final statement from them. Our final day's business was completed on 6/30 but they auto-batched our machine after midnight, making the batch transaction occur on 7/1/16. Because *their* batch transacted in the month of July, they charged us for a whole month's worth of service and fees for not meeting the required amount of transactions. When I called in, I was put on hold. After 17 minutes, I figured I was forgotten. When I called back, I was transferred to 3 different people. I finally got to someone who snapped an attitude and said "this account is closed".... yes, I understand that, but I still have a concern. She was so abrasive and so condescending. "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU". So, I am going to write the BBB and try to reach a resolve. We did not chose to have our machine batch after midnight. When I told her that this whole situation was shady, she got loud with me. I said "this is exactly why we are not with you anymore" and ended the call. We should not pay for a whole month of service when they sent their batch to our machine a few hours into a new month. They were fully aware we were closing our account on 6/30/16.
