Not happy with this bank at all i had issues with my online account i didnt use the mobile app for a good while and didnt remember my user id so i called and i answered all my security questions and they wouldnt tell me my user id i knew my password but they wernt very helpful at all. Kinda useless now im gonna go and pull my money out and go elsewhere

Tenant deposits rent into my account each month and for the last two months they have withdrawn the amount from my account and deposited into the tenants account instead! Clearly not detail oriented nor payimg attention to what they are doing!! Huge hassle to fix! They also put my account balance on the slip they gave him where his name is NOT listed on my account!!! Go elsewhere for quality banking!

I've never had an issue here. I ended used other banks and none of them have been as friendly or helpful. They have a coin machine which is much cheaper than coinstar.
