They always treated me fairly and were friendly, much better policies than the big banks.

I don't know who the young brunette is working at the Wilkes-Barre branch but she is rude as hell every time I go there and today was no exception. .. I walked in to make a withdrawal and she was blatantly laughing at me with an other coworker while an other girl helped out.. the amount of disrespect she shows customers is beyond uncalled for and if that's the way your company does business then i might as well take mine else where!!! loyal customer 8 years and that's what I get. .. thanks Vantage trust.. PS: they like to overcharge with a lot of hidden fees so customers beware!

How to report debit cards lost or stolen outside business hours??? Teller line is a joke...it doesn't even have an option for this. Talking to a live person outside business hours? Of course not...Even the number provided on the website isn't updated with the current Teller line number which doesn't have a lost or stolen card option. Meh. I hope I still have money left on my card when I speak with someone at the local branch.

Poor service. Staff rude. Drive thru often closed due to lack of staff. I am handicapped and this makes banking almost impossible for me. I was told they would not be able to help me.

Loved the interest rate this bank gave me. Lowest one I've gotten for a loan yet. The process was quick and easy.
