Extremely friendly staff, from the front tellers to the branch manager. All will listen to all of your needs & wants carefully and help you make the best decision when it comes to your finances. Luckily I got to meet one of the best employees @ the credit union, Jen Duggan. She helped me purchase my first home, even helped me during her maternity leave. That's dedication. Thanks so much again Jen, and congratulations on your promotions! PS. Please bring back the change machine in Wilkes Barre Branch!

The staff at this branch are so friendly and accommadating compared to the Scranton branch, particularly the manager at Scranton. Been members over 20 years with 3 separate accounts before they became Valor but we'll go 15 miles more out of our way to come here to this branch!
