Tammac Corporation in Wilkes-Barre, PA

This company refuses to work with any type of refinancing, I have never missed a payment in over 6 years. even after my husband passed away and my income was cut by 60 percent. The staff are ignorant and blow you off when trying to talk, they rush you off the phone or just ignore you.

If there were an option for no stars i would have chosen that.worst financing company I've ever dealt with.I also have friends who were looking to finance with them and also got poor customer service and very vague answers.very rude people to deal with and i will never recommend this company to anyone.I was told there is only one..yes 1 person in the whole company (kelly) who handles financing...what!??? One human being for the entire company!? What does everyone else do? Sit around all day and be rude on the phone to people and just keep putting people on hold and saying..."im sorry but every question has to be sibmitted via email." Really?? Every single question? What good are you then? Worst company ever and the worst customer service.

Trying to get a loan from them is the most frustrating experience. I submitted my application online & called 4 times in one day to talk to Kelly O'Donnell about my loan status, only to get a voicemail everytime so I left a voicemail with my number. Then when I finally got a response, it was through email stating she could not answer the question & I had to speak to Jeff Poth, the underwriter. I then called him 4 times as well & left 2 voicemails, only to not get a call back regarding my loan status, which is a simple yes/no. Trying to talk to anyone in their loan department is not possible since there apparently are only 2 employees (Kelly & Jeff) that I could talk to about my loan status.

This company has been wonderful to work with. Customer Service is great they have been great to work with me when I needed it.
