HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE NO POINT OF ONLINE BANKING WITH THIS BANK

Good bank as long as you don't make a mistake. I moved and went through a divorce- accidentally overdrew my new account ($140). This ended up costing me $280.00 in fees because the same things were put through 3 times and I was not notified at all (this happened within a few days). Bottom line- I was told I should be checking my account everyday. After weeks of calling they finally refunded one of the $35 fees, said I should be grateful for that. They may want to find another way to generate revenue instead of relying on their customer's misfortune.

They make money on customer misfortunes poor customer service can never reach anyone. Disastrous credit union.
