Huntingdon Valley Bank mortgage dept in Warminster Pa has me impressed. I am a first time homebuyer and let me tell you this, the process has been seamless. Our Loan officer is Robert Plotnick and he is great. He has answered all of our emails and has returned all of our calls. He explained everything down to the T especially all of the number crunching which can be a little daunting if you try to decipher it all yourself. He told us what we needed as far as documents go and told us the more documents we provide the easier it will be to finalize the loan. His underwriter Kelly took all of our paper work and got us approved approved. She too has been wonderful to work with. I look forward to closing. If I can give tham ten stars I would.
